He loves you

Ever feel like you aren't good enough?  Like your sin is too great?

Let the Word of God wash over you like it did me yesterday.  This is last night's reading from Daily Light.

We have turned, every one, to his own way. Isaiah 53:6
Noah . . . planted a vineyard. Then he drank of the wine and was drunk. Genesis 9:20-21
[Abram] said to Sarai his wife, . . . "Please say you are my sister, that it may be well with me." Genesis 12:11,13
Isaac said to Jacob, "Are you really my son Esau?" And [Jacob] said, "I am." Genesis 27:21, 24
Moses . . . spoke rashly. Psalm 106:32-33
The men of Israel . . . did not ask counsel of the Lord. Joshua . . . made a covenant with them. Joshua 9:14-15
David did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, and had not turned aside from anything that He commanded him all the days of his life, except in the matter of Uriah the Hittite. 1 Kings 15:5

All these . . . obtained a good testimony through faith.  Hebrews 11:39
[All are] justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. Romans 3:24
The Lord has laid on Him the iniquity of us all. Isaiah 53:6

"Not for your sake do I do this," says the Lord God, "Let it be known to you. Be ashamed and disgraced for your own ways."  Ezekiel 36:32
