Esther 4:14 God created me to be a worshipper of Jesus Christ, wife of Brad Leffler, mother of Kirsten, Katelyn & Josh, daugther, daughter-in-law, sister, sister-in-law, niece, aunt, friend, chef, chauffeur, maid, referee, teacher, clothes washer, & many other things I can't think of right now. I am so grateful to my Lord for creating me to fulfill these roles for such a time as this.

Happy Halloween

We all had so much fun last night. Each year our street (we have 34 kids live our on street!!!) has a hot dog cook out and then we join our neighbors for a big parade from close to the entry of our neighborhood to end of our street. A City of Frisco firetruck leads us. After the parade, those families with children who trick or treat put out their candy on their front porch and we work on the honor system: you take 1-2 pieces only please. Those without children sit outside handing out candy. It is loads of fun.

Josh was a tiger, and the girls wore their dance recital costumes: Katelyn was a jazz dancer and Kirsten a hip hop dancer. We trick or treated with the Wrights and Calandros which made it even more fun because the kids ran from house to house together while the adults walked behind chatting.
