Tonight is Brad's company Christmas Party. OK, Holiday Party but I can't bring myself to say that. It's Christmas for goodness sake! I hate all the political and religious PC mumbo jumbo. But I digress...
At said Christmas party will be a dessert contest. Appearance and taste are both considered so I went with the Southern Living Red Velvet Peppermint Cake. The recipe is for a 3 layered cake but I realized a little too late that I have only one round cake pan so a bundt cake will have to do.

Acutally it's very easy... a lot of work but easy peasy. I'm no chef or baker so it has to be easy. I haven't tasted it so that could be another story.
